My name is Caleb Ocoda. Depending on who you ask, I’m either the savior of humanity or its destroyer. Most days, I’m not sure which one I am either.

I’ve walked through history and pulled people from the edge of oblivion — Roman soldiers, Germanic warriors, lost sailors, forgotten settlers. Entire civilizations that time swallowed whole. I gave them seven moons, a new world, and a future they never would have had.

But the Flower Stone showed me what had to be done. And not all of it was good.

Some of the people I put in power, I put there knowing what they would become. Some of the conflicts I allowed to happen, I allowed on purpose. Building a civilization that could protect humanity meant also building one that could never grow strong enough to threaten it.

Two thousand years of careful choices. And I still don’t know if I made the right ones.
