THE OCODA CHRONICLES READER CONTEST
7 SIGNED BOOKS • 7 WINNERS
Have you read Paladin or another book in The Ocoda Chronicles?
We want to hear what you think.
Tell us about your experience reading The Ocoda Chronicles. Maybe it was a character you connected with, a scene you still remember, a twist you didn't see coming, or simply something you loved—or didn't love—about the story.
Seven reader submissions will be selected as winners.
Each winner will receive one signed hardcover from Books 1–7 of The Ocoda Chronicles, personally signed by author Daniel OConnell and shipped at no cost to the winner.
HOW TO ENTER
You can write something new and send it directly to us, or send us a link to a review or comments you've already shared about The Ocoda Chronicles on Amazon, Goodreads, Facebook, social media, a book forum, or elsewhere on the web.
Send your entry to:
OcodaContest@gmail.com
If you've already reviewed one of the books publicly, you don't have to write anything new—simply email us the link to your existing review or post along with your name.
If you haven't written a public review, that's fine too. Just email us your thoughts about the book or series. Posting a public review is not required to enter.
Your submission should tell us enough about your experience with the book or series to demonstrate that you've actually read it. You do not need to provide proof of purchase.
Please include your name, a valid email address where we can reach you, and either your reader submission or a link to your existing public review or post.
HOW WILL THE WINNERS BE CHOSEN?
After the contest closes, author Daniel OConnell and Ocoda Chronicles artist Rio Villegas will review the eligible submissions together and select seven winners based on thoughtfulness, originality, and how well the submission communicates the reader's genuine experience with the books.
You don't have to praise the books to win.
We're interested in thoughtful, genuine reader reactions—not a particular opinion or star rating. A positive review is not required and will not receive preferential consideration.
SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS WHERE YOU READ
Readers are always welcome to share their honest opinions wherever they normally discuss books—Amazon, Goodreads, Facebook, social media, book forums, or elsewhere.
Posting a public review is not required to enter and will not increase your chances of winning.
SELECTED READER COMMENTS
Selected submissions may also be considered for use in future Ocoda Chronicles advertising, social media, or on the official website. We will obtain the writer's permission before using their words for promotional purposes.
IMPORTANT DATES
Entries close December 23, 2026.
Daniel and Rio will review the submissions after the contest closes, and the seven winners will be selected and announced during the second week of January 2027.
Winners will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry. If a selected winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 7 days, another eligible entry may be selected.
IMPORTANT CONTEST INFORMATION
No purchase or public review is necessary to enter or win. Posting a review, providing a particular star rating, or expressing a positive opinion will not increase your chances of winning.
Amazon, Goodreads, Facebook/Meta, and other websites or platforms mentioned in this promotion are not affiliated with, responsible for, or sponsors of this contest.
Seven winners. Seven signed hardcovers. One signed book will be awarded to each winner.
